For me carpet was simply carpet. All were the same as I was shopping around didn’t really get much information about the differences. I was highly motivated for a burber carpet to purchase until I had Mark here. As soon as he saw my cat and my toddler he immediately put the burber carpet samples on side and explained me in great details that the maintenance might be quite tricky for my busy life style. So we decided to go with nylon quality velvet carpeting. Mark is a very passionate with his job and a true gentleman. No pressure tactics whatsoever. Felt very relaxed dealing with and as well as his crew. Will definitely call again and refer to friends.

I bought 2 bar stools, brought them home, find out that I needed counter stools. I phoned them immediately to see if we could exchanged them. They offered me to bring them back so they could cut/adjust the height. After 1 week I had the proper size stools. Very happy with the product and customer service.

Very impressed with their customer service. I has asked my friends and family members in the past to help me moving. Plenty of broken and damaged items... Couldn't blame them as everybody was sparing their busy schedule to help me. I was quite stressed from the past negative experiences and I had a lot of stuff to protect. Overall everything went seamlessly fine. Very happy with the result, would definitely used them again.
