For peace of mind, they showed me each new valve and tested the lines in my presence to ensure no leaks were present. When the job was done, all the excess materials and debris were loaded into their trailer and a thorough site clean-up conducted. I couldn't be happier with my decision to hire Rikos Plumbing!

Before I got home from the cottage, I had a written, reasonable and flexible quotation waiting in my inbox as promised. Their attention to detail was second to none, as they meticulously filled in cracks, cleaned and prepared the foundation surface to apply the waterproofing compound. Jake and Curtis, likely some sort of hydrology gurus, had a sound grip on ground water movement and patiently explained how to full-proof protect your foundation from water damage. The Aqua bloc rubber was applied by hand in a thorough fashion, followed by a good deal of consultation on how I wanted the Platon membrane applied (whether stepped, angled etc) to meet my expectations/preference. I contacted Northern Eagle both by telephone and through their website in attempt to obtain a quote to have failing roof shingles replaced. After being promised Northern Eagle would go out to the property and quote the project, I received the run around and several excuses for three weeks and never received the quote after all. This company wasted my time, don't let them waste yours! ADDED: Jan 6th, 2013. I have read the contractor's review, which I submit is untruthful. I never received an email from this company, and checked thoroughly. If it was sent, feel free to post the delivery thread!
