After getting numerous quotes, we chose Green Leaf, not because they were the cheapest but because of the time the sales agent spent with us explaining what would happen, taking pictures, climbing on the roof to review the situation and using a drone to document. They did their due diligence in providing an accurate cost as well as time frame to complete the work. Other quotes indicated 1 day to complete the work. We did not feel confident in how others quoted the work and felt they were not being thorough. The crew that came were great! They spread a tarp over the area to catch debris and nails and cleaned up each day. They moved items out of the way and were ready to put it all back as well. They checked for any issues on the house due to falling shingles (ie scuffs) and cleaned them up. They were here a total of 3 days to replace everything including metal and made sure we were happy before leaving. Our point person for scheduling the work and follow up during and after and was extremely attentive, professional and attainable. Payment was due AFTER the work was completed and not on the same day. No deposits were requested. A representative from the office drove to our home a few days later and picked up the cheque. We found Green Leaf through the Next Door Neighbor app. The comment there was to call them to fix what other roofing companies had done. I feel that statement was 100% accurate. I'd call on them again.
