This review is a little late...it's been hectic. I had a new furnace installed February 6, 2014. I dealt with the entire team: Daryl did the initial assessment & quote; Rob handled the e-paperwork and the installation appointment; Jaime & Peter did the install. Everyone was pleasant to work with. Jaime & Peter were here all day (my installation was particularly difficult because I did not want to take down the wall). They were polite, professional, and tidied up when it was all done. Great job by Jaime & Peter and the entire Reliable team. Thank you!

i had an unwanted guest move into my chimney. vance was efficient and explained the procedure for raccoon eviction (my first experience with raccoon residents). he worked through cold and rainy conditions to get the job done. he was polite and courteous. my home is now raccoon free.
