Taking advantage of the lockdown online ordering
With everything shut down, I needed a sofa and loveseat for a new apartment. Specifically looking for a set that was listed as "Available" with "Local Delivery". I found what appeared to be a decent set for a decent price on the Bad Boy web site. Purchased on May 5th and waited for the email to schedule delivery. When I called them on May 13th they said I would net be scheduled for delivery as that set is unavailable with no availability date. I requested they refund me so I can purchase a set from a local vendor they gave me the run around for a day, sending me back and forth between numbers until I gave up and emailed. Now they are emailing saying I can only get a credit, no refunds. WOW!!! Selling a product they don't have and then holding me hostage to the credit card charge! While I have filed a dispute with the CC company, Lastman you have lost a customer big time. I have purchased 2 livingroom sets, 3 dishwashers, 4 fridges and 2 stoves from your Kitchener store. What a way to take advantage of consumers during the lockdown by advertising what you don't have and then attempting to keep my dollars. Be ashamed Lastman, be ashamed!
