After removing the tired carpet from our stairs we found typical contractor-grade materials. BTM then installed new oak treads and risers over the existing resulting in a first class stairway. The woodworking craftmanship and finish is excellent . The installer was very personable, polite and made a point of thoroughly cleaning the entire work area. I am pleased to recommend this company and the installer.
