I bought a couch and I had nothing but problems with the customer service. I know they work on commission, but the people at the store were pushing the furniture way too hard. Then, when I got the couch, it was damaged. They fought with me forever about replacing it, saying that I should have complained about the problem when it was delivered (even though it was completely wrapped in plastic and it took me a long time to get it unpackaged and notice the damage). They gave me a 6 hour delivery window both times. Eventually, it worked out because I kept the damaged couch for a significant discount. I won't go back though.

As with most of the other reviewers, I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I had my diploma framed there. They had a great selection, reasonable prices, and the finished product was beautiful. It is hanging in my office and I get compliments on it all the time!

I received great service from Applewood and would highly recommend them. A problem arose with my furnace the day before I was supposed to leave the country for three weeks and I needed it repaired immediately. I called a few different companies and Applewood’s prices were very competitive. They were able to send someone out that day. He was friendly, professional, punctual and got the job done quickly.
