They could not come on the day that I called them. So they said they will come the next day between 10 and 11 am. They didn't show up and I had to call them. They said the technician was behind schedule. They didn't bother to even call me to say they were behind schedule. They finally came in the afternoon and replaced a pressure sensor and charged just under $400. I called another company to see what they would charge for the same issue and type of service. This company said that they would charge a total of $195 for the above mentioned service. Best climate is not punctual and they over change!
