Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Ali and the Reno Sphere team for our amazing basement renovation! We couldn't have chosen a better company and Project Manager (Ali) to work with. Having never done a major renovation, we were a little concerned about which company to choose from. As soon as we met with Ali, he explained the process from start to finish and reassured us that as the project manager, he would be in charge of overseeing the various trades and would be on site regularly to check in. Ali is honest and passionate, and is a man of his word, and takes pride in the work and all of the details. Also, all of the tradespeople (from flooring, cabinetry, electrical work and painting, etc.) were very respectful and great to work with. Often they went above and beyond, working collaboratively by providing advice in terms of what should be done or where something should be placed. It was such a relief to have Ali in charge of the various trades and their schedules. It took the worry and stress away from us having manage them. And every time Ali came over to check on the job, he asked us if we were happy with how things were progressing, wanting to ensure they were meeting our expectations. Well, we can truly say that they surpassed our expectations! We're already planning to use them for a kitchen renovation down the road. I would absolutely refer them to anyone needing a renovation.
