This old home desperately needed a bathrm upgrade! With this bathroom being the only bathrm in the house, and our very first major project, we required someone with an experienced team who would be able to handle the pressure of getting this job done a.s.a.p.! Nav and his team came to the rescue! Professional, communicative (never left us in doubt), and most importantly, able to work with this little spaz! Nav and his team BRAVO!! Update: 4 months later First and foremost, I will not take anything back from my original written review (although I am taking some stars back). I meant every word of it! That said, I do feel obligated to the public to write an updated review. Unbeknownst to me at the time I wrote the original review, a month later I would start seeing evidence of poor workmanship eventually resulting to structural damage and me having to re-do my shower stall. Unfortunately, the renovated stall floor was uneven resulting in water pooling. This led to leaking which led to a damaged living room ceiling (damaged again. The first time happened when Nav accidentally punched a hole through it installing the stall). OOPS! I reached out to Nav and he did swing by to survey the damage and the issue(s) Four major issues in total. We did make arrangements to fix the problems, but due to unforeseen circumstances (on both our parts), it never happened. I had to reach out to Nav a couple of weeks later since I hadn't heard from him since our last interaction. We made arrangements again, and again, but I was stood up (no phone call), or flatly told that I would have to wait (tell that to the wood that is rotting). I made several more attempts to have these issues resolved but never heard back. Nav is now missing in action. These guys are hard workers but unfortunately, the business does not stand behind their workmanship as evident through this experience. This is our first home and the bathroom was our first major project. A project that took several years to save for. We trusted Nav and his team. I am beyond devastated.
