I posted a job request on Home stars and was very quickly contacted by this company. It was one of the most hassle free situations I have dealt with. He showed up on time, was pleasant and professional and fixed the issue. Absolutely would go back to him again.

Bought a Maytag washing machine from Caplans. After 5 months deafening roar developed during the spin cycle. Maytag repair told us it was a major repair and the machine was defective. Caplans were utterly unhelpful insisting it wasn't their problem. They were happy however to keep the $150 extended warranty I bought from them. The machine didn't make it through 5 months never mind 5 years. Apparently Caplans service stops when they cash your check. Go to their website. They have a very funny credo about superior customer service and pride in their blah blah blah. Buyer beware!
Eric came promptly to the house and was clear, articulate and extremely knowledgeable. Dorian took over the actual work and could not have been better. Not sure why this company is not on our insurance list of preferred contractors. I can't be more positive about them. A great job.

Air Conditioner purchase and installation
Sam responded promptly to my initial queries and requests and the crew performed the installation with no mess or complications. Sam followed up post-installation. The product is excellent. Spring Home was also the most price competitive of the quotes I requested. Great job.
