I booked them for moving from 10 to 12. Also booked service elevator for the same time. They returned my call at 10:15 informing that the guys will be there in 30 -40 mins. The guys who came finally were nice, helpful and respectful. BUT 1 HOUR DELAY IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL.ESP when I was running on a very tight time schedule. No complaints against the guys who came.
