I had Vezza Development renovate the inside of my Steveston rancher in the fall of 2019 after having them build a 400 sq.ft glass covered deck for me in 2018. I was so happy with the quality of workmanship and attention to detail that I wanted Jason and his crew to redo my rancher. Vezza Development was an easy choice for me because I trusted the builder to do the work on time and close to budget. The house was built in 1971 so there were issues that had to be resolved and Jason did not cut corners in bringing the house up to code for this time. The crew had to work around me as I was still living in the house and they were courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company. Jason is reliable and trustworthy and he will do the job right the first time.
