Went to Home Depot to purchase paint and doors for office space. The people working at the paint department was very helpful. They helped us choose the right brushes, rollers, and various other tools. We had a specific color in mind that was from Sherwin-Williams which HD does not carry. You can ask them for color pallets from other vendors and match your color (which allowed us to buy the exact color we wanted). We also went to buy a set of french doors for our office space. The selection was not as great as Rona but the clerks were helpful in provided tips and additional catalog info. for the set we wanted.

We went to the Richmond Hill store and it had a very big selection of things we needed. We ended up purchasing various misc. items, but the humidifier we purchased gave us lots of problems. It was ultrasonic but it clogged up after 5 nights (likely due to the calcium in the water). Brought it back to the store and had no problem whatsoever returning.

I used Allmax for my home inspection. Alan performed the inspection, he responded to questions well and performed additional tasks such as infrared scans when requested. Maybe the home I was looking at was small and very well maintained, the inspection lasted way less than I anticipated. Other than frequently looking over his cellphone during the inspection, the experience was positive. Ended up not buying the property due to other reasons.
