The downspout on our eavestrough has not been able to handle the heavy flow of rainwater during severe storms; water was overflowing in floods out of the eavestrough and dripping down against the foundation of the house. Edgar and Aayush did an excellent job of removing the old downspout, patching the hole, and installing a new, larger downspout that will be able to handle the flow. They arranged it so that it will empty out into the garden, which slopes away from the house .... a good use for the rainwater. These young men were very pleasant, accommodating and did an excellent job, and cleaned up every scrap of debris when the job was done. When he came to give us a quote for this work, Anatoliy inspired our confidence almost instantly. With his quiet, competent manner, he asked all relevant questions about our leaky basement concerns, and also patiently, and in detail, answered all our questions about how he would solve the problem. The two men who did the work (over 2 days), had a very narrow space to work within, barely a few square feet, between the foundation wall and a stone garden retaining wall. They worked quickly and carefully, digging deep down to the bottom of the foundation, loading all the soil from the excavation onto a tarp that protected the closely surrounding pathway and garden. The replaced the faulty weeping tiles and waterproofed the foundation wall with several coats of different things, culminating in a thick plastic drainage membrane. At no additional cost, they also replaced and upgraded the French drain in the area. The job was immaculate; they cleaned up every scrap of garbage so that you would never know there had been work done there. We were amazed, too, that they did not harm one plant in the adjacent garden. We are thrilled with the quality of the work done here. We were also impressed not only with the work ethic exhibited, but with the positive, caring, thoughtful attitude these men brought to this job. Martin and his crew arrived promptly, understood what our two big, old trees needed (an elm and a silver maple) in terms of pruning for both safety and esthetic reasons, and did an excellent job. The elm was interfering with cable TV and telephone lines, as well as the higher up hydro line coming into the house. That was a tricky job! Our trees now look beautiful, are safe, and there will be a lot more sunlight coming into the garden underneath now, too, an added bonus. They also removed a big, ugly stump. We were very pleased and relieved with the assistance provided by Pesticon. When replacing some very old windows in our home, we discovered a wasp nest within the wall of the house adjacent to the window. We called Pesticon, and a technician was sent out that very evening. Manish arrived promptly and eradicated the problem in a very professional, confident and efficient manner with impressive new and powerful equipment. Stan and his crew, Mauricio and Mario, did a great job on our garden retaining walls. They arrived promptly, did all the work as promised, and cleaned up the entire area when they were finished. They even did some extra work on another garden that wasn't even in the contract! We're planning to use this company again on another project and would highly recommend them.

We had a mother racoon and her adolescent babies living in our attic. Tony came and helped us; he was absolutely wonderful. He clearly cares about animals and is an expert in understanding their behaviours and habits. He helped this mom decide to leave our premises on her own and relocate her family to another den with very little upset to her or to us. He assuaged our concerns for her and her family's safety and welfare. He came back to our home on three occasions to make sure no babies were left in the attic and even designed a "baby-safety" cage so the baby wouldn't fall off the roof should it venture out on its own. This father and son team did a really beautiful job refinishing our old, old hardwood floors that were not easy to work with. Now the floors look like new and we are so pleased.
