I feel like I've been taken advantage of. I was extremely disappointed by both the service and quality of the workmanship. I ordered a custom metal awning that looked nothing like the pictures on their website when it arrived. The quality of the workmanship is poor and the company is not responding to me since I placed the complaint and have emailed the sales rep a dozen times. It was also 6 weeks late when it arrived. At this stage I am forced to take the company to small claims court as I have seen no progress towards a resolution and the person handling my file doesn't answer calls anymore. I am happy to remove this review if the company resolves my issue.

I ordered 16 months in advance. On the delivery date, they failed to deliver all the items and didn't even bother to notify me. I only found out when they showed up with missing pieces. The wall oven is still missing and I am constantly chasing people at this company to try and get support. BUYER BEWARE.
