Horrible intro to new hot water rental company Sandpiper!
I get a notice from Sandpiper that they will be my new billing provider for the hot water tank instead of Oakville which I had no issues with btw. This is a transition period between companies and I get a bill right on the heels of my Oakville one. No worries I'll pay the bill shortly. Not 4 days later I have 5 text msgs in all caps and one was a letter stating Pay the bill to avoid collections....sigh. The bill is paid folks so please stop sending me text messages. This is not the way to introduce yourself to new customers. I enjoy great customer service which seems to be a thing of the past. I'm now very interested in finding another company if possible and having them take this thing away. I really dislike companies that work like this.
