Reza is an amazing fellow. I messaged him looking for assistance, as I had serious bad experience with another plumber from HomeStars. In comparison the other plumber was not interested in responding to my request of service. But Reza, he was prompt, responded right away, called to get a better understanding and booked an appointment to get my water line fixed the next day. He squeezed me in between his other clients just to have my matter resolved (which I was waiting from the other plumber for almost a month). I am happy to say Reza workmanship was also very impressive. I am not good with tools but know my way around things. He did exactly what I asked and also made sure the water line was neatly mounted and not drooping from the ceiling in the basement (which was done by previous plumber). Happy to see it resolved.

Carl called me same day of requesting his expertise. I explained him my situation with my dead sump pump. He came in and took a look at it, provided me full guidance on what to expect. Provided me the price with no surprises. Came in the next day as promised on time and prompt. Replaced the pump and also fixed the piping to make sure its clean and professional. On top of that, he also made sure the gunk that was collected overtime due to old pump not working, was cleaned up and pump was functional. He also provided me maintenance tips and how to keep the pump functional and healthy. (just like with any electronics). I would recommend his services to anyone and everyone who is considering getting sump pump replaced or fixed. Amazing workmanship and very professional. Plus he is fun to talk to while he is working :P (hopefully I didn't distract him too much haha)
