We bought our cabinets about 2 years ago and the cabinets themselves are good. The only issue I'm having now is Kitchen Craft has ignored multiple requests to give me the paint code number so I can order touch up stain. I've been contacting our distributor as well as Kitchen Craft directly and have not received a response after a dozen tries over 6 weeks. Their cabinets are worth the price but unfortunately their customer service is abysmal.
