This trader gave first class service. I have not used him before. He answered my original enquiry promptly and advised me of his charges for a call out not knowing what the problem was. These I accepted over the phone and he gave me an approximate time for his visit the next day. Just prior to his due time he rang to say he was on his way. After a quick inspection and conducting a number of tests he was able to diagnose the fault - the motor brushes had worn away and needed replacing. Fortunately he had suitable replacements in his van and repaired the machine during the visit. All done within an hour. I was so impressed I added a bonus to his invoice.
