I rarely write a review, but I thought Sergei was well deserving of one. I haven't used his services once but twice: for a fridge that worked intermittently and later for my washing machine; on both accounts, flawless execution. He is meticulous, detail-oriented, organized, and methodical in his troubleshooting and repair approach. He takes his time to perform a comprehensive front-end diagnostics before proceeding with a repair. His focus is not on getting the job done as quickly as possible but takes his time to understand the problem before delving into implementing a solution. As an observation, he comes across as someone who takes pride in his work. You pay for what you get, and this gentleman is worth every cent.
