I had issues with the delivery of a vacuum I purchased and a missing part. When I contacted the company about getting credit for 2 day shipping that I paid extra for, the response was a canned response of "someone will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours". That time passed and they didn't reach out to me and I didn't receive a credit. I attempted to post a review on their website, just stating the facts of my purchasing experience and giving them a 2 star review. They rejected my review my review stating it didn't meet "their standards". I have contacted them to ask them what I need to change in my review to post it, but haven't heard back. It appears they moderate what is posted on their site so they don't receive too many negative reviews. I would not recommend the company. I really thought they were better than this.

Our furnace stopped running and we called Fraser Valley Heating after hours (on a stat holiday) and left a message. We got a call back within an hour and they walked us through some trouble-shooting and solved our problem. Above and beyond! Thank you!

We hired 2 Burley men to move us from Victoria to Langley. The movers were great and did an awesome job. However, we never did get an invoice. The movers just wrote the charges on the back of a business card. I had an audit of my taxes and needed to get a copy of the invoice for Revenue Canada. It was 9 months after the move when I called their office to get a copy of the invoice. They didn't bother to return my calls. When I finally got someone, they suggested I write an email to the "boss". I did that and again, no one got back to me. The guys doing the moving are great. The people handling the administration have very poor customer service skills.

We have received so many compliments on the fireplace surround from Blenard's Décor. We had an old brick fireplace in our family room and had it replaced with a modern limestone surround. Blenard worked with us to chose a surround that would suit our room. The installers arrived as scheduled, were professional, polite, courteous, fastidiously neat and seemed to really enjoy their work.

Jonathan was very professional and kept us informed during all steps of the process. He never tried to rush through things and was patient and informative in answering all of our questions. We are very happy that we chose Penfolds!

We invited Jonathan out to give us a quote and found him to be very knowledgable and very professional. He did a thorough assessment of our roof, took the time to address all of our questions, and kept in touch throughout the entire process. We found the crew that came out to replace our roof to be very skilled - and polite - and we absolutely appreciated how well they cleaned up every day. We are completely satisfied with the job the Penfolds team did and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
