My parents are retired and were ready to downsize into a condo. We hired JP Lucky Construction and dealt with Logan for the quote process. He was professional and walked us through step by step. They took down my parents' 1940's home, poured a new basement and concrete form. Raised the ceilings to 9 feet and added a second story. The team was on-site each day and kept busy until the end of each day. They were all friendly and hard working. They ended up increasing the home value by over four hundred thousand dollars! I am happy to say my parents are now enjoying the condo life and that extra income that comes from working with JP Lucky Construction.
