Had a very satisfying experience with Tron Electrical. We have an old plasma tv tripping the circuit. Ralph took all the details and explained what they would do to diagnose and fix the problem and how much it would cost. He was able to send John and Anthony in a mere few days. Very personable and professional young men. They were able to test circuits and isolate and address the issue and reassure us that everything was safe. I noticed a piece of soffit missing on roof over portico when I thought I heard something when I came out of the garage which caused me to look up. Fearing what could be in there I called Gates' Wildlife Control. A very nice lady made an appointment and on that day Nick came. He was very kind and professional and answered my many questions. He looked up into the area and said it was for sure a racoon that would have had the strength to do that. He could not see any evidence. He went into the attic and checked it for any evidence of babies. He then put in a one way door which he removed a couple of days later. While he was here and to allay my fears we also had him cover numerous vents so as to prevent any birds from getting in . While there was no evidence of racoons making their home up there one had cased the area out. Nick replaced the soffit and covered the area with galvanized steel. It is very neat looking and now we feel secure. Many thanks Gates Wildlife and Nick. We are thankful and completely satisfied with the work.
