Purchased a bed in December 2020 and fell apart in multiple sections. Took me over a month to get Nordam, Senior Warranty Customer Service to assist. Finally, a new replacement was delivered and assembled which once again fell apart! Obviously a defective product but do anyone at Badboy assist? Noooooobody! Shame on the Lastman family!
