We called Josh about 4pm and he said he'd come and finish the repair by 6.30... he arrived just before 6 and did just that. No nonsense, he quickly resolved our issue and didn't tell us we needed new parts or new machine (ours is from 2005) as the bigger companies seem to always do, despite him owning a shop. Would recommend highly.
