I first contacted Vanheat for exchanging a thermostat. After checking my thermostat, Shaun found out the reason that the thermostat is not working is the corresponding valve. He changed the valve and installed my new digital programmable thermostat. He informed me that my boiler is leaking and to avoid a future flooding of my basement it is best to replace my 20 year old boiler. He was very professional and knowledgeable. His rates are fair and his work was very clean. He was always punctual and in two days my new boiler was installed.
