I had my townhouse renovation and they removed my previous flooring and installed the new one, they removed previous fire mantle and install new Marble with great fabrication, also they painted the whole hous, and I am so happy with the results! So happy with how my main floor and second floor renovation turned out. TMDC group People, especially Niloofar and Amir were absolutely amazing the whole way through. We had got something like 10-12 quotes from different general contractors, and ended up with TMDC because of their professionalism, good reviews, detailed quotes, timeline and friendly employees. They were not the cheapest, but also not the priciest. You definitely get what you pay for. They are offering you based on your budget. All the trades that came through, tiler, floor installer, painter, fireplace stone installer, electrician, etc, were incredibly friendly and professional and made the work look easy In the time that TMDC was working on my town house, they almost always cleaned up, took out the garbage, and let us know timelines as what trade was coming when. They were very careful putting down floor protection. I would highly recommend TMDC GROUP People for their services, and I'm very happy with how everything turned out.
