DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My fridge was running constantly and I called All York Region Appliances to fix it. A repairman came up, told me to unplug it for an hour and then turn it back on. I was charged $40.00 for this advice! If the fridge was still running constantly after 24hours, the repairman told me he would come back. Needless to say, the fridge continued to run and run and run, but when I called him the following day to come back, he ignored all of my phonecalls. Clearly, this repairman did not have a clue as to what the problem was and instead of admitting his ignorance, or asking for help, he took my money and then ignored me. Terrible service!

We had RPM Window Films install window films on the windows of our house (both east and west window facing). The film used on our windows was dreadful. Although we specifically said we did not want reflective window coverings, that was what was installed. To make matters worse, it was not even properly affixed (there were bubbles throughout, and the edges were not sealed properly). We called Ron, the owner, who said the problem was with the windows, not his window film (an impossible claim given that he had installed window film on our previous house which had the same windows as with our present home). Clearly, this was not the film we asked for, nor wanted, and we ended up removing the window film ourselves after a few days. If you want proper window film with a company that will take responsibility for their work, do not use RPM Window films.
