It is great experience having Security Alarm Monitoring through SafeTech. The Customer Servuce is excellent,responsive and responsible. I had requested to upgrade my system and Malik responded me in a timely manner to accommodate our need to include few sensors at our home to further strengthen security and safety measures. I asked for a specific convenient time and he responded quickly by scheduling that time slot. Everything about the contract and charges was explained in detail as per our expectations.
