I had Air Medic install a humidifier on my furnace as well as have my ducts cleaned in the summer of 2005. A few months later my furnace technician brought to my attention that the installation was incorrect and that it was connected to the cold air return instead of the warm air out. I called Air Medic right away to have it corrected and emailed photos to show the incorrect installation. I was told they would get back to me after their vacation. A week of two later I called them and they said they'll get back to me. After repeated emails and calls over a span of one year and only after calling to have duct cleaning done did I manage to have someone come down and repair the problem. After a winter of suspicious performance, I began to wonder if it was working at all. After some inspection I wondered how it was powered. It wasn't wired to anything but a humidistat. Today, my air conditioning tech arrived to do routine maintenance and I asked him to have a look. He told me it wasn't wired at all and never even worked ever. Furthermore, the drain hose wasn't connected to the furnace drain so water could drain out. This has turned out to be a complete disaster and waist of money. Consumer beware! I now have to pay someone else to do the job right this time.

Ricardo from Accord Roofing was great. I had a leak from all the ice damning this winter and he came with in hours to inspect and wrote some suggestions that were needed to correct the job done by a previous roofer. Wished I found out about this web site two years ago. Anyway, he is highly recommended.

The crew arrived on time and worked quickly. However, they only do bare minimum as far as application goes so be sure to ask for extras such as Ice and water barrier as they only put three feet of felt paper. There was a gap between my sheathing and facia which was not pointed out to me and corrected. This later contributed to making a small leak worse. I wish they could have made some suggestions due to my low sloped roof to impove the protection of my roof. Lastly, A magnetic sweep wasn't done leaving nails around my property. I was told it was broken. Furthermore, when I had a leak it took them two weeks to show up and have a look which of course I had to call someone else to come and inspect it. I definitely do not recommed Ontario roofing.
