Matt and his team did an awesome job with our deck reconstruction. Matt came to do an initial site visit, prepared a quote quickly and provided a date to start the work. As a result of some scheduling adjusting, he was able to start the project a month early and complete within the promised time which was great and something you don't see often when having contract work done. The team was clean, thorough and Matt kept an open dialogue as the construction went though the process of being built. He added solar lights along the deck which was not requested but a nice added detail to the project, Overall, it was a great experience with him and I would highly recommend for anyone looking to have their deck built / redone. Jenny, Elian and the team were awesome to work with. When we had an issue with our roof and a few shingles that came off during a storm in late 2020, they came out the next day to do the needed repairs and didn't charge us for the work done. When a wind storm again came in early 2021, they scheduled us in a few days later to get the roof done, knowing the damage that it had caused. They were prompt, clean, professional and kept the property tidy as they did their work. I appreciate the extra step in coming out quickly and to also make sure everything was done in the proper way. Our roof was replaced after 15 years of the original builder's standard and in choosing a company to do work with, I would highly recommend Vargas. You pay for what you get and I am happy with the work they have done and that this is a premium job completed so that I know its a quality job and not one that needs to be done in a few years again.
