I moved into a new townhouse and unfortunately the builder installed a cheap problematic heating/cooling tank. When my heat and hot water stopped working I call three different plumbers. All three plumbers told me that they were completely baffled at what was causing the problem and walked away. This emergency happened in December so I was cold, desperate and relying on a Walmart portable heater to not freeze at night. One of my neighbors recommended Franklin at Amigo Plumbing. Franklin was baffled as well, because the unit would not work, but he did not give up. After two days of trying everything, his persistence finally paid off and I had heat again! There is no score that I can give Franklin that would be high enough. I am deeply grateful for his hard work and keep this company on my speed dial for all my plumbing issues. He really came to my rescue when others walked away.

I just came back from my vacation to the Dominican Republic and found that my water tank was not working so no heat or hot water. Max came the same day and re-set my tank within 20 minutes. He was efficient, affordable and professional. Will definately refer Max to all my friends and associates. Great job!!
