Naz (Public Plumbing) came highly recommended from a very trusted source: and he and his company did not disappoint. They came promptly, assessed the problem (replacing 10' of pipe), and made the repair within two days. This involved digging up some of my basement and front yard (potential nightmare) -- everything was put back neatly and tidied away. They even swept my front walk! These fellows are polite, direct, honest, and respectful (always an issue for a single woman). They did what they said they would do, when they said they'd do it; and the work was exemplary. Naz is now helping me out with getting a rebate from the city, which I also appreciate. I highly recommend Naz & Walter, and I feel that no matter who comes out to do your job from Public Plumbing, it will be done well.

I had a backup in my basement, and there was about 1.5" of water. I called PuroClean, and Mike Perry came to have a look. He said I probably had an insurance claim, and walked me through it (I have no idea how to do any of that kind of thing) calmly, and without condescension. He and his crew showed up when they said they would, with fantastic communication from Mike throughout. It was a very distressing, and stressful time, made so much easier by Mike and his crew. They did a wonderful and thorough job of cleaning up the mess (they had to remove drywall as well as an old kitchen). They got rid of some asbestos tiles safely, and had everything carted away neatly when they said they would. Two months later, when I had another backup, Mike recommended a great plumber; and his associate Brad came out the very next day to clean up the mess anew. I found him to be similar to Mike, with a straightforward, polite, and respectful manner. I HIGHLY recommend Mike Perry and PuroClean. HIGHLY.
