I signed a contract and even paid a deposit on a large ($34,000.00) roofing job on a new home construction. Leo went to great lengths in his bragging about the quality of his work and that nobody was his equal (especially in the installation of rubber roofs). Just before the installation, he backed out of the contact giving no reason for doing so and left me in a complete lurch causing me a 6 month delay in the project. Clearly, a signed contract means nothing to him and in retrospect I should have taken him to court. All his talk was just that....
