Something... funky... happened with our gas oven, and Evgeny came over the next day to have a look. He confirmed that not only had we broken our igniter, but also the gas tube. It took a few weeks to get parts (sigh, Covid), but Evgeny's service was very quick and professional. He took time to explain what had gone wrong and what he did, as well as tested thoroughly to make sure the oven was working properly after the repair. Would definitely recommend him.
