Our Samsung fridge had water leaking from the freezer. My friend told me to call Rakesh to have him take a look and he immediately booked a day & time to come repair the fridge. Before arriving, he instructed us to clear out the freezer and told us his exact ETA. Once he arrived, he followed proper COVID-19 Protocol and came with the right PPE. He was patient and very communicative with what caused the issue and was able to repair the fridge very quickly. He was very professional and offered reassurance that there should not be any issues with the fridge and to call him if anything does happen. 10/10 service.
