In a time crunch to finish my house so I could sell it before the year is up, I needed to find someone to install new floors in the basement and bedrooms, as well as rebuilding my main staircase and stair case going down to the basement. Thales came in with a reasonable quote, and told me ahead of time it would take 4 days, and told me which days. He helped me pick matching flooring styles and colours and was true to his word on the times and no surprises on the budget! He even showed up when everything was done at the end to go through the job and make sure I was happy with the work done. I highly recommend Thales and his company wonder woods flooring! I would definitely call him again.

I requested an install of 16 Potlights and two dimmer switches, despite the job being small Bella was quick to assist. She brought in her electrician and the job was done quickly and within budget. She also recommended a lighting solution for the entrance once I told her what my thoughts were. I'm glad I listened to her. Great company, great team!

I was looking to renovate my home as I would be selling it. One of the projects I was looking to do for a while now was to stucco my house. I used home stars and other sources to obtain quotes and was receiving off the cuff astronomical quotes, and a reluctance to visit my home for a detailed quote. After receiving three quotes in the 18k range, Leo called me and I was on the verge of not doing this Reno and focus on other Reno’s to the home. As 18 k was out of my budget I had already started to let Leo know that there was no point for him to come for a detailed quote, to just see if he could quote me from a picture ( I was ready to turn him down as well.) Leo managed to convince me that he would drop by for a detailed quote despite me trying to save him time. He worked with me to obtain a reasonable quote several thousand less, and in my budget. He made recommendations that would add value to the house when sold ( glad I listened!). They started work within 1 weeks time as I told him I was trying ti sell fast, and he always kept me informed, and never requested outrageous down payments. When complete I was so happy as it looked better than I had imagined, for less than I thought, and on time, all while having direct contact with Leo from start to finish. Literally, if it wasn’t for Leo I would have sold for less, a rare 5stars from me! Thanks Leo.
