At first, I was a little skeptical when I first submitted an order as I wasn't asked to pay. So I emailed the company with a few questions and Andy, the owner, immediately responded and assured me the mattress comes with a legitimate warranty and that I wouldn't have to pay until it was actually delivered in case I'm not happy with my purchase. I put in the order literally 2 days before I asked it to be delivered and it was all on time. Andy was super helpful and I would definitely recommend others to purchase from him. If you are skeptical, like I was initially, simply call him.
