Stop researching and just hire Ryan. I contacted many companies and ended up hiring Ryan as he was very knowledgeable and friendly (took time to answer all of my zillion questions, educated me about materials etc). Also, his prices were very reasonable compared to the prices offered by other companies. I also love that Ryan suggestion for the deck was amazing - such as the location of the stairs, installing lights etc. He and his teammate finished the job well before the contract end date as the materials arrived quickly. They cleaned very well and left the backyard as it was. He kept me in the loop about materials etc and responded to my text messages right away. We are so pleased! We will definitely enjoy this beautiful deck.

Very happy with Duct Care service. Ihsan and his team of two were very professional and knowledgeable. Ihsan had outstanding customer service and responded to calls promptly. Plus, this was the first time duct cleaners educated us about the importance of cleaning A/C coils - which also Direct Engergy website recommends. We are very pleased and will definitely refer them.

Beginning of this summer we noticed our exterior side entrance was getting clogged. We contacted a company through homestars and got a 10k quote to fix it as they said only way to fix it is was to connect the drain inside our house. Plus, they would not fix the broken concrete and tile/wall damage caused by doing the job. We are VERY glad that we contacted Expressrooter as Jason G. was very informative, friendly and honest. He explained that there could be couple of options based after they dug and he gave us quotes. Jason's quote for getting the job done inside the house was 3k cheaper compared to the other company!! As he predicted it was the cheaper option - connecting the drain to weeping tile at the bottom which cost us 3500$. Yes, it felt like a huge amount for 3 hours of work plus Jason coming initially to see the job BUT we were relieved that it got fixed by professionals and it didn't cost 10k! Jason also answered questions after the job was done and his service was very professional and prompt. Totally recommend them!

My sister in law's family highly recommended Avril as he fixed many of their appliances. We contacted him for our broken Whirlpool Dryer. Avril responded to calls promptly and arrived on time. He got the dryer fixed in an hour and half. We are happy that we did not need to invest in a new dryer and recommend Avril.

We hired Bobo & Killian after my brother in law recommended them. They educated us about all the products and broke down the pricing guideline. They completed the roofing project within 5 hours and had a huge team to do it. They provided a product certificate and also it was good to know that they have all the license and insurance. Plus, they provided before and after pictures :) We are very pleased with the roofing services.

We hired Joe to complete our asphalt paving after he was recommended by our interlocking guy. Joe was very professional and the job was done on time by Richard. We are very pleased with the service.

Scott and Marcus came on time to provide their service. They were very professional. They clarified all my questions - and I asked tons of questions being a new home owner. They showed before and after pictures of the ducts which was awesome cause you get to really see how dirty it was before and how clean it is after. Also, we could feel the difference in heating quality after the duct cleaning. We also got the central vaccum cleaning and now the suction is really good. We are very grateful for Dave's Duct Cleaning - and will recommend them to all of our friends and family.
