When plugging in a steamer there was a spark which caused a burn mark in the outlet. Paul investigated the cause and determined it was the result of the faulty appliance and replaced the GFI. He arrived on time was knowledgeable and informative in explaining to me exactly what had happened. Thank you for your excellent service. I would definitely recommend this service.
