We had double sliding doors installed in Nov 2021... but found one was getting stiff to open by the beginning of Feb 2022. Talked with Myrna and arranged a service call the next time weather was due to be good and the service team was in our area (Kitchener). The service crew arrived when scheduled and after a quick assessment, they pulled the doors out to replace the roller assemblies and track which seemed to have gotten wear marks. Very fast and efficient work. They explained what may have caused the issue and provided a fix. They even added a new weather strip saying the original looked to be a bit short. We've had the service team here for our other windows and they continue to deliver service above and beyond. Chris O Kitchener, On

We were replacing old Pella windows with something that would open up our sunroom to the outdoors and make the room feel like part of the outside. We decided a window wall was the way to go. Once final designs were settled, the process moved quickly and an excellent pair of installers led by Savo did a fantastic job. As with all large projects, there were a couple of hiccups, but Lior and his team (especially Savo!) were able to work through them and do an excellent job. Loving our window wall now and can't wait for the summer so we can use it to it's full potential.
