We bought a home North of Toronto and some of the rooms had horribly old carpet. We approached a few flooring stores and found GreenValley Flooring to be the most helpful and choose them to install new wood floors. The staff in the show room were helpful and friendly. Their prices were also competitive. So we chose them. They sub contract out the install, which is fine. We decided we wanted some extra work once the installers arrived. It is best to deal directly with GreenValley if you want extra work. The sub contractor was greedy and asked for more than they should have. I instead paid GreenValley for the extra work, and it was cheaper to than have GreenValley deal with the contactor! The floors look nice, and so far 1 year in we have no issues.

I have some properties with a variety of heating and air conditioning needs. For heating I have both forced air and hot water rads. Up until recently I've used a different company for each property. I had a poor experience with one company I was using, and that led me to try AFG heating. Now I have AFG heating doing all my properties! I delayed writing a review for AFG heating to ensure that their service level remained at a very high level. I think it has been about 2 years since I switched to AFG heating for my rental properties, and this year I have had AFG come to my house. I wish I used them to look at the heating and A/C before I bought my house. I have had both Rafi and Fasi address repair issues, and to do yearly maintenance. They have also installed a new Boiler for my property that has hot water rads. So far they have been able to address all of my needs. They even know how to service pool heaters. This is great, because in one visit the same company can look at my pool heater, and the A/C and Furnace in my house. Rafi resolved several issues I was having at my rental properties. I had taken the same issues to a few different HVAC companies, but ultimately it was Rafi who was able to solve some heat distribution issues with the hot water rads. They seem very knowledgeable and fair. If you are looking for somebody new I recommend AFG!
