I called Spring Home to come and assess our air conditioner earlier in the summer when it was leaking and they came and addressed the issue. When one month later the system broke down completely they returned and provided knowledgable advice. It turned out we needed a new air conditioner and furnace system. The system was installed efficiently and we were credited for the visit fee from earlier in the summer which I appreciated. I found ME Contracting via HomeStars and selected them based on the positive HomeStars reviews as well as a price comparison with multiple other vendors. I was undertaking a complete exterior overhaul of my home, so was looking for a company to handle all of the finishing touches for the project aside from the house itself. ME Contracting was appealing because they were a one-stop-shop that would coordinate multiple sub-projects: the install of the front step flagstone refinishing, back step install, the side gate install and the front and back railing installs. The fact that ME also coordinated the selection of materials and managed the delivery of materials and clean-up after each sub-project was also fantastic. All of the sub-trades that participated in the project were very pleasant and did excellent work. Daryl, my project manager, was great to work with. He was very responsive, professional and worked with me to manage a complicated timeline given that the ME tasks needed to take place at different points during the broader project timeline. Even when the project ran into some minor challenges, Daryl was receptive to my feedback and handled the situation efficiently and professionally. Phil, the sales representative who managed our order, was very knowledgable about the products and provided a good overview of features and benefits. We ended up ordering 7 windows and a front door.
