Our floors were old and damaged. We were not sure if they should be refinished. Dave and Terrence told us they may not be perfect but there would be a definite improvement. The floors are absolutely stunning - much better than we could have ever imagined. See the pictures. They look better than new. It was an absolute pleasure working with Dave and Terrence. I would highly recommend their workmanship. Donna F
