Woke up and noticed the temp below set temp. Didn't want to take a chance with the -29 temp outside. Call Brae at 8.15am, Said he'd be here between 9-11, and he arrived at 9am. He checked a bunch of stuff and discovered a sensor issue. So quick, easy fix, but he said if once he left, the temp still recover in a few hours, give him a call back and he'd pop back in. Ive used Braes company 2x now. Brae is prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and he doesn't sell, or upsell unnecessary services, and ge answered all my questions. He's going to be my go to, for my next furnace and/or aircon. Fantastic company.

Marc and his crew completed a shingle replacement on my home, small wood repair around skylight, and new bathroom vent. I had much, much, more expensive quotes and cheaper quotes. I liked the type of shingle Marc suggested and he was very knowledgeable about the product and warranty. The job went smooth, the roof looks great, crew was respectful, cleaned up after the job, and Marc followed up after the install. Had a neighbour already compliment that the roof looks great.
