Satisfied with the service and the quality of the job done. Our heater broke down, and we were able to get a prompt response and estimate for the work. The installation was booked and completed next day and they did send a technician to follow up after installation was complete. There was some concerns initially, some water was dripping from the humidifier and there was a "smell" issue, however they were resolved once technician came over, and turned out to be minor problems. Pretty satisfied with both with installation and the customer service.
