We completed the project in 2 phases. Throughout the project we had need for some replacement parts that the company actively offered. During that time we had an opportunity to meet Jacob for installations and adjustments. We found him extremely warm and professional, arriving promptly, educating us the on the operations of the windows and addressing us by our first names. He never made it feel as though we were a burden to his workday and he really instilled confidence in the company’s warranty.
