Customer service non existant, purchased this refrigerator 16 months ago. It is now leaking, ( no external water connection ), phoned service, I was told it would cost $$$ as the warranty was expired and I DID NOT purchase an extended warrant. Now it all my fault, very condescending person on the phone.. I'm a general contractor and would not recommend Trail appliances to anyone anymore...
