Inherited a rental water heater from the previous owner of my house. I have had no issues with the equipment but this has to be one of the worst companies to deal with in terms of customer service. I have had nothing but headaches any time a billing issue has come up. Most recently I called them when I noticed they hadn't billed my credit card in a while. I had been paying the bill via online banking without receiving a bill for a while. The amount of calls I have made and received to try and get my credit card number updated is far too many. I have called personally half a dozen times and my wife keeps getting collection calls over a $16 balance. I can't wait to have their equipment out of my house and be done with them forever. If they're smart they break or contract and take their equipment back or I will just keep posting reviews like this one until the end of the rental term.
